For groups of 4 or more we can make custom surf camp packages for any duration and excluding or including any activities of our normal packages plus any of our additional activities. Custom packages are ideal for:

• friends travelling together
• family reunions or birthdays
• corporate group trips
• special retreats
• seminars
• workshops

 

Groups may have members of either gender and any age (minors must be accompanied by an adult guardian).




Additional activities or arrangements may be included in custom packages:

• intermediate shortboard clinics with coaching and daily surf video review
• daily photos of surf sessions
• child care and activities, such as surf, swimming, or Spanish lessons
• escort between Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose and Pavones
• flight and taxi arrangement from and to Juan Santamaria International Airport
• charter flights round trip from San Jose to Golfito

Prices vary depending on activities

To secure your reservation, we require full price or a minimum $350 deposit. Your deposit is non-refundable, but can be used as partial credit with Venus Surf Adventures for future packages within one year. The balance of your package is due six weeks before departure.

Domestic airfare on Sansa Airlines for our recommeded flights from San Jose to Golfito and domestic travel by taxi from Golfito to Pavones are now included. Free flights and taxi are only available for flight 612 to Golfito on Sunday and flight 613 back to San Jose on Saturday.

We specialize in small groups for individual attention. Our maximum group size is eight.
