In this little corner of paradise, the retreat house, Pua o Lanikai, sits serenely at the water's edge revealing dramatic views.

Our instructor, Amy Khoo, will be leading classes focused on Primary Series Ashtanga Yoga. She has been practicing yoga for 16 years, developing her discipline in Ashtanga Yoga as taught by David Swenson. Amy believes that the dynamic practice of Ashtanga Yoga, incorporating 'bandhas' and 'ujjayi' breath cultivates profound strength and inner focus that purifies the body, mind and spirit. Her personal objective in yoga is to better oneself in order to be of better service to the world and to others. As a teacher, Amy emphasizes making your practice your own personal practice in every given moment and embracing inner balance.

Deposits are required to reserve your space until May 1st. On May 1st, payments must be made in full. Deposits are nonrefundable. 50 % of full payments are refundable until August 1st. No refunds after August 1st except in the case that your space can be filled by another guest. We are very sorry if you have a personal emergency. Please consider buying travel insurance for refunds of deposits or full payments after August 1st.
